Be prepared to learn where to shop, how to shop and what products to buy at what stores. In this class we will provide an intro on gluten free cooking with demonstration. Eating out and about doesn't need to be difficult, we will provide a list of restaurants and fast food that have Gluten Free items. We will have GF products on hand to show. This evening will be filled with lots of information and fun, at the end of the night we will have one giveaway and every attendee will get an awesome swag bag. Hope to see you there!
